I just joined, when do I receive my first package?

We ask that you allow 3-7 business days for your order to be styled. As soon as your order ships you will have the ability to track your shipment through your account every step of the way. Shipping will vary on your location, weekends and holidays. We offer standard shipping free of charge, which can take between 7 to 14 days to be delivered. If you would like your packages shipped on an expedited basis, it can take approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive, but there is an $8 additional cost. How does the UrbaneBox membership work?

Every month our stylists will put together a curated package for you based on your style and preferences. Each package will consist of 2-3 staple items for your wardrobe, and you will only pay $74.99 for everything, plus .95 cents handling fee. Members can request to pause or skip a month by sending us an email. To skip just email us by the 1st of the month. Members can also request additional or larger packages to be sent through their account.

When and how can I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account by logging into your account, click on subscription, and click cancel. If you cancel by the 1st of the month your account will be cancelled for that given month and you will not be charged. Any cancellation after the 1st of the month will take effect the following month. Monthly subscribers are charged on the 5th of each month. Please note, when using a promotion or discount code there is a 2 month commitment. When using a promotion or discount code a subscriber will be charged for the difference if the membership is cancelled after the first month.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we now ship to Canada. Due to the higher shipping costs, there is a $20 surcharge for members residing in Canada. Please note, members residing in Canada are responsible for tariffs and duties. We currently use USPS for our parcel and we are not able to provide labels to members residing in Canada for returns. Members residing in Canada can use the parcel of their choice to return any item(s), and are responsible for the shipping charges for the return. If returning for exchange of size or item, we will cover the cost back to you.

Can I ask for an additional box to be sent in the same month?

Absolutely! Members can use the demand feature when they are logged into their account. The demand feature allows you to request additional clothes to be sent at anytime.

Can I skip a month?

Yes, you may skip as many months as you wish without penalty. There are no obligations. Just email us by the 1st of the month if you would like to skip or pause your membership. Members can request to skip 3 consecutive months at a time. Just email us at urbanebox@urbanebox.com.

I don’t need clothes every month, can I sign up for an alternative time frame?

Absolutely! For example, UrbaneBox Members pause their account anytime, up to 3 consecutive months. All you have to do is send us an email.

Do you offer clothes for women?

YES! We are excited to announce that we now offer our service to women!

What if the clothes do not fit me?

If for some reason the clothes do not fit just log into your account and fill out the return form. Once filled out you will receive a prepaid shipping label by email. All returns must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Tags should be intact, if applicable. We cover shipping charges both ways for exchange of sizes. Do you have a phone number?

No—but please don’t misunderstand this as any lack of interest! We’d love to answer your questions. We know the decision to omit phone support is unusual, but after experimenting with different approaches, we’ve found that starting with email enables us to provide the fastest response. We focus on providing fast and high quality responses by email, so you’re always talking to a human that can help first-hand.
