By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you may not use and access this website. The UrbaneBox website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and UrbaneBox shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
Please note that you will be charged for the item once the order is placed as this will secure the item for you. Once your order has arrived we will be able to ship your item directly to you.
When making a purchase that includes a pre-order piece, you will incur a supplementary shipping charge when your pre-order is dispatched at a later date. In addition, when purchasing multiple pre-order items, you will incur a charge for each item that is dispatched.
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please email us and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the parcels website. Most orders will be dispatched within 3 to 10 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Currently, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. There is a $15 surcharge for members residing in Canada and $7 for members residing in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. If you for any reason refuse delivery you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to UrbaneBox and you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs. Please note, members residing in Canada are responsible for tariffs and duties. We currently use USPS for our parcel and we are not able to provide labels to members residing in Canada for returns. Members residing in Canada can purchase and use the parcel of their choice to return any item(s), and are responsible for the shipping charges for the return. If you reside in Canada please consider all these conditions prior to joining our service. We hope to offer a better shipping solution, to and from Canada, in the near future. If returning for exchange of size or item, we will cover the cost back to you.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Parcels nor UrbaneBox can not be held responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
UrbaneBox.com customer care will be closed on public holidays.
Shipping rates are based on real-time shipping quotes retrieved from DHL and the USPS.
PRE-ORDERED PRODUCT SHIPPING
When making a purchase that includes a pre-order piece, please be aware that you will incur a supplementary shipping charge when your order is dispatched. In addition, when purchasing multiple pre-order items, you will incur a shipping charge each time an order is dispatched.
There is a strict NO REFUND policy. Please be sure to read our returns/exchange policy below.
Members who join our subscription service can return items for exchange of size free of charge, but there is a $15 fee if you are returning for exchange of different items. Please fold the clothes neatly and do not force clothes into the padded envelope. If they can not be neatly folded in the USPS padded envelope, please use the original packing box or our branded poly mailer. Members will be charged for clothing returned in unsalable conditions. All returns/exchanges must be in unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged condition. All tags must be attached.
Only active subscribing members are eligible to take advantage of our Exchange Policy. Customers that have already cancelled their membership subscriptions or that have a cancellation request pending are not eligible.
You may be eligible to exchange a box, if:
1) The item is returned within 30 days from the date that the corresponding Box was shipped; or
2) You have not already cancelled your membership subscription or have a cancellation request pending;
UrbaneBox also reserves the right to issues exchanges, at it’s sole discretion.
All returns/exchanges must be in unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged condition. All tags must be attached. After 30 days, it is the discretion of UrbaneBox to accept the return or exchange. Please note, members residing in Canada are responsible for tariffs and duties. We currently use USPS for our parcel and we are not able to provide labels to members residing in Canada for returns. Members residing in Canada can purchase and use the parcel of their choice to return any item(s), and are responsible for the shipping charges for the return. If you reside in Canada please consider all these conditions prior to joining our service. We hope to offer a better shipping solution, to and from Canada, in the near future. Please note: Any store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, and fill out the return form. You will automatically be emailed a prepaid USPS shipping label for the return.

UrbaneBox is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Customers’ statutory rights are unaffected.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on urbanebox.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only. By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
Members who join our subscription service agree to allow UrbaneBox to charge the credit card on file every 10th of the month. Once a successful charge has been completed we will ship a package to the shipping address provided. A package will be processed between 7 to 10 business days from the time of the charge. Please be sure to have the correct shipping address listed on your account. Subscribers must cancel their account by logging into their account and clicking the cancel button. Any request to cancel on or after the 10th of the month will take effect the following month. NO REFUNDS are given if subscribers fail to cancel prior to the renewal date. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to log into their account and cancel prior to being auto renewed.
New Yorkers: Due to government changes in online sales policy we are obligated to charge sales tax on all orders shipping within certain counties in New York State.
Please note that UrbaneBox does not provide alterations to products. Buyer is responsible for any alterations that may be needed. If you have any questions whether or not we offer your size please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PREPAY FOR 3 OR 6 MONTHS
When a member prepays for 3 or 6 months, all sales are final. There are no refunds. When members prepay for 3 or 6 months, they authorize and elect to re-subscribe automatically at the end of the period. Members must email us prior to the auto renew to unsubscribe.
There is a two month commitment when using a coupon code or promotional code. If a member uses a promo/coupon code and cancels prior to two successful payments, there will be a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the coupon applied.
Promotional codes and/or coupons will not be applied when a membership is prepaid. Promotional codes and/or coupons will not be applied when a gift card is purchased.
Members can cancel their account by logging into their account clicking the subscription tab and click cancel. If you cancel by the 9th of the month your account will be cancelled for that given month and you will not be charged. Any request to cancel after the 9th of the month will take effect the following billing period. UrbaneBox holds the right and authority to cancel a member’s account at anytime without the member’s permission.
Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, UrbaneBox make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free, or free of viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control. The content of our website is presented, “as is”, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website. You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.
