Urbanebox respects your privacy and follows strict procedures to protect your information. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, payment details, sizing and style preferences, and any messages you send to support. We also collect basic technical information when you use our site, including device type, browser, IP address, and pages visited.

How we use your information

Your information is used to fulfill orders, style your boxes, process payments, communicate about your subscription, respond to support requests, send periodic updates about Urbanebox, and improve our service. Your style preferences are shared with your assigned stylist for the sole purpose of curating your box.

Payment processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your full credit card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on Urbanebox servers. We retain only the last four digits of your card for reference.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate Urbanebox: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (delivery), email service providers (subscription updates), and analytics tools (aggregated usage data, not personal data). These providers are contractually required to protect your information.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for essential site functions (login state, cart contents) and for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may limit your ability to use the site.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations), or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Email urbanebox@urbanebox.com to make a request.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain transaction records as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years), and remove personal data outside that requirement.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. The current version is always posted at this URL with a last-updated date.
